First: Common faults of the cartoning machine: The carton does not form or pops out at the mouth of the box feeding template after being sucked down by the cartoning machine:
1. First check whether the paper box is too hard.
2. Check whether the position of the guide rod for placing the carton and the box feeding template are incorrect.
3. Check whether the small hook spring at the rear of the box delivery template is deformed.
4. Check whether the height of the suction head of the suction box and the box feeding track is correct.
Second: Common faults of the cartoning machine: The cartoning machine cannot suck the carton down:
1. Whether the cartons are arranged neatly.
2. Whether the cartons are pasted together.
3. Is the air pressure of the suction head normal.
Third: common faults of the cartoning machine: The cartoning machine stops or shuts down due to gaps in the conveyor belt:
1. Stop the machine during intervals to check whether there is a shortage of materials, and automatically start the machine for replenishment.
2. Stop the machine and check whether the power supply, motor or speed regulator is normal.
Fourth: common faults of the cartoning machine: The manual of the cartoning machine cannot be sucked out:
1. First check whether the instruction manual is deformed, causing the suction head to be unable to suck.
2. Check whether the suction of the head is parallel to the instruction manual.
3. Whether the width and size of the manual paper are different, the error must be within 1mm. The stacking position of the instructions should be adjusted to a difference of 0.5mm from the inner edge when the suction head is raised to its highest position.
4. The small paper separation hook above the suction head of the origami machine moves too early. Generally, the small hook should be inserted into the gap between the paper before the suction head is about to descend. To adjust the height of the small hook, the distance between the suction head and the suction head is 0.5mm when it is at the highest position.
